• Attempts to exploit technical bugs, system vulnerabilities or odds-setting errors for unfair personal gain.
• Sharing, selling, or allowing any third party to use your account for any reason.

• Any form of fraud, document forgery or submission of false information to NS2121.

You have the right to close your ns2121 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days, subject to the settlement of any active wagers and fulfilment of relevant conditions.

NS2121 also reserves the right to suspend or close your account under the following circumstances:

The NS2121 platform is provided on an "as is" basis and NS2121 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, errors or matters beyond our control. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NS2121 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred through the use of the platform, including winnings that could not be processed due to third-party technical failures.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond ns2121's control, such as internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or cyberattacks.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including game providers, payment processors, and telecommunications service providers.

In all cases, ns2121's maximum liability to any individual member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member into their ns2121 account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

NS2121 reserves the right to amend, update or improve these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we endeavour to inform members of material changes via in-platform notifications or registered email.

It is your responsibility as a member to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the latest version. The most recent update date is always displayed at the top of this page.

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which NS2121 operates and is licensed.
• Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms must first be resolved through the NS2121 official complaints process before being escalated to any other forum.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
